…ClimatBloc™ a structural load-bearing and load-transferring construction system utilizing a series of interlocking blocks fused to create a monolithic wall, truss, or roofing skeletal system. The interlocking structural framework transfers loads throughout the wall, panel, lintel, or beam. The mass of the cubed unit or block can be of bio fiber & lime, lightweight aggregate, lime slurry, wood particles, lightweight metals, composites, or dense polyurethane—examples cited offer up to R-70 insulating qualities, CO2 capture, fireproofing, air purification, ballistic resistance, within varying aesthetics.
ClimatBloc™ products can be utilized with varying residential and commercial construction exterior aesthetics. The BioBloc™, when combined with an exterior limestone stucco, eliminates the need for a vapor barrier as it provides breathable, air-purifying wall mass through an interior limestone plaster—eliminating the need for any interior wall studs, insulation, or drywall. The FeatherBloc™ can be clad in any of the above examples or more. The key to the FeatherBloc™ aesthetics is that no vapor barrier is required, and no interior wall studs are necessary. Siding, brick, and stone facing can all be attached directly to the FeatherBloc™ exterior. In addition, this allows drywall to be fastened directly to the interior side of the FeatherBloc™.
